Voters are allowed to appear at their Ward’s Polling location and deliver their own completed absentee ballots in the same manner they would deliver an absentee ballot to the City Clerk prior to Election Day. Absentee Ballots must be received no later than 5:00 p.m. on Election Day.  After 5:00 p.m. on Election Day, absentee ballots cannot be accepted but the voter can still vote in person at their Ward Polling locations.
